This special one day event presented by Stacey Holt will cover the following;
Best practice procedures and the law regarding lease renewals, rental properties for sale and “break leases”.
This session also includes rent increases.
All Real Estate Excellence education and training events focus on compliance, risk management, best practice and time management.
Information regarding the proposed amendments to the RTRA Act (not the law and a BILL introduced to Parliament only at this point) RTRA Act review.
