This special one day event presented by Stacey Holt will cover the following;
- Understanding the tenancy agreement / contract Form 18a including best practice completion.
- Tips on effective communication, education and negotiation with tenants and property owners to avoid disputes.
- Rent arrears, the law and best practice.
- Breaches of tenancy other than rent such as unpaid water.
- Water charging and all property managers need to know about charging and invoicing tenants.
